Getting started
What is Oppora?+
Oppora centralises and structures business opportunities — starting with public procurement notices — from permitted public and official sources, so you can review and prioritise the ones most relevant to your company.
How do I create an account?+
Select Create account, provide your work email and password, then follow the confirmation steps.
How do I sign in?+
Use Sign in with the email and password registered for your workspace.
How do I complete my company profile?+
Open Profile from the user menu and add your company's countries, sectors, keywords and other preferences. This information is used to calculate your Opportunity Score and Best Match ordering.
Coverage
Which countries does Oppora cover?+
Oppora currently covers the European Union, through TED (Tenders Electronic Daily, the EU's official procurement portal), and the United Kingdom, through the UK's Find a Tender Service. Coverage will expand as more official sources are added.
Can I search across Europe?+
Yes. You can select Europe in the country selector to include all available countries.
Which sectors are included?+
Oppora supports a broad set of sectors, including construction, energy, IT, logistics, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, transport, environment and more. You choose the sectors relevant to your company in your profile.
Opportunities
What is an opportunity?+
An opportunity is a structured record built from a public procurement notice or another admitted source — for example a contract notice or a contract award — that may be relevant to your company.
Where do opportunities come from?+
Oppora currently ingests opportunities from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily, the EU's official procurement portal) and the UK's Find a Tender Service. Additional official sources will be added over time.
What is the original source?+
It's the official notice or document an opportunity was built from. When available, Oppora links to it, and its information always prevails over Oppora's summaries or classifications.
How do filters and sorting work?+
You can filter opportunities by country, sector, status (planned, open, closed, awarded, cancelled or completed), actionability and publication date range, and search by keyword. You can sort results by best match, deadline, most recent, or contract value.
How do I save opportunities?+
Use the save action on any opportunity to add it to your private Saved list. Saved opportunities are visible only to your own account — they are not shared with other users.
Does Oppora replace the official procurement portal?+
No. Oppora aggregates, structures and prioritises information to help you find relevant opportunities faster, but it does not replace TED, Find a Tender, or any other official source. Always check the official notice and documents before making a decision or submitting a bid.
How do I report incorrect or outdated data?+
Use the Contact form to tell us about any opportunity that looks incorrect, outdated or duplicated, and we will review it.
Scoring & accuracy
How does Opportunity Score work?+
Opportunity Score is a 0-100 score calculated for each opportunity based on how well it matches your company profile — sector, CPV codes, country, keywords and contract value. It is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of award or commercial success, and it is available on every plan.
What does Best Match mean?+
Best Match is a sort option that orders opportunities by their Opportunity Score, from the highest to the lowest match with your profile.
Does Oppora use AI?+
Not currently. Opportunity Score and Best Match are calculated using a transparent, rule-based algorithm — not artificial intelligence or machine learning. If Oppora introduces AI-assisted features in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.
Can the Opportunity Score or Best Match ordering be wrong?+
Yes. The score depends on the profile information you provide and on the data available for each opportunity, so it can be incomplete or not reflect your actual fit. Always verify requirements, documents, dates and conditions in the official source.
Should I verify information?+
Yes. Verify every relevant requirement and deadline before making a business decision.
Which source prevails if there is a difference?+
The official source and its documents always prevail.
Can I configure countries, sectors and keywords?+
Yes. Your profile's countries, sectors and keywords are used to calculate your Opportunity Score and Best Match ordering, and, on Pro and Business plans, to personalise Alerts.
Alerts
How do alerts work?+
Alerts are available on Pro and Business plans. Create an alert with its own countries, sectors, keywords and minimum score, and choose how often you want to be notified. Oppora checks new opportunities against your alert criteria and sends a notification by email when there's a match. Delivery timing may vary while the service is in beta.
Can I configure multiple alerts?+
Yes. You can create, edit, pause and delete as many alerts as you need from the Alerts page, each with its own criteria.
How are alerts personalised?+
Each alert has its own countries, sectors, keywords and minimum score threshold, independent from your profile defaults, so you can track different markets separately.
Account
How do I change my profile?+
Open Profile from the user menu to update your company's countries, sectors, keywords and other details at any time.

Open Settings from the user menu to change your interface language. Account, security and notification preferences are being added there progressively.
How do I change my password?+
Use Forgot your password on the sign-in page to request reset instructions.
How do I sign out?+
Open the user menu and select Sign out.
How can I delete my account?+
Self-service account deletion isn't currently available. If you need help with your account, use the Contact page and we will assist you.
Plans
What does Free include?+
Free gives you 1 country, 1 sector and access to up to 5 opportunities, with Opportunity Score and Best Match included. It doesn't include Europe-wide coverage or Alerts.
What do paid plans include?+
Starter raises your limits to 3 countries, 2 sectors and 20 opportunities. Pro and Business remove those caps entirely, add Europe-wide coverage, and unlock Alerts. Paid checkout isn't available yet (see next question).
Are paid plans available now?+
No. Payments and paid subscriptions aren't active yet — selecting a paid plan today only registers your interest. We will announce clearly when paid plans open for purchase.
