Legal notice

Version 2026-10-03 · Effective from 2026-10-03 · Last updated 2026-10-03

1. Operator and contact details

Oppora is the trade name of this service. As required by Article 10 of Spain's Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), this is who operates it:

  • Operator: Soufian El Hajouji El Hayadi, an individual (not a company), trading as Oppora.
  • Tax ID (NIF): 47979901S
  • Address: C. Valencia 10, 08521 Barcelona, Catalunya, España
  • Email: contact@oppora.eu
  • Other direct means of contact: the Contact form on this site.

2. Purpose of the site

Oppora centralises and structures business opportunities — currently public procurement notices from the sources listed in our Data use policy — and helps registered users review, filter and prioritise them against their company profile.

3. Prices and plans

Oppora is currently free to use: the Free plan is available to everyone and, during the beta, Pro features are included at no cost. Paid plans are not open for purchase yet. When they open, the price, the billing period and whether taxes are included will be shown clearly before you pay.

4. Access and acceptable use

Access to the public pages is open. Access to the workspace (opportunities, saved items, alerts, profile) requires an account and is subject to our Terms and conditions.

You must keep your account credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and not attempt to circumvent its security, extract its content in bulk beyond normal use, or interfere with other users.

5. Intellectual property

The Oppora name and logo, software, interface design and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Using the service does not transfer any ownership or licence beyond what is needed to use it as intended.

Opportunity data derived from third-party public sources remains subject to the licences described in our Data use policy and is not owned by Oppora.

6. External links and third-party content

Where Oppora links to an official notice or an external site, that content and its availability are the responsibility of the linked party. Oppora does not endorse, and is not responsible for, third-party content it links to.

7. Availability and liability

Oppora is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that any opportunity, score or filter result is complete, current or free of error.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect damages, or for decisions made relying solely on Oppora rather than on the official source, is limited. Nothing in this notice limits or excludes liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

8. Official source precedence

The official notice, document or portal that an opportunity is built from always prevails over any summary, classification or score shown by Oppora. Oppora is not an official procurement portal and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, TED, the European Union, the UK Government or any other source it references.

9. Contact point for authorities and users

For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), authorities and users of the service can contact us at contact@oppora.eu, in English or Spanish. Reports about content in the public reviews section can be sent to the same address.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies to this notice. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable procedural rules.
