1. What this page covers
This page lists the cookies and browser storage Oppora actually uses today. We do not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies or trackers of any kind, and we do not load third-party scripts that set them. Visiting the public pages without choosing a language or signing in stores nothing on your device.
2. What we store on your device
We use two technologies: HTTP cookies (for sign-in, and one that remembers your language) and browser storage (localStorage), which keeps its own copy of your language choice.

3. Why none of these requires consent
We reviewed each item individually rather than assuming that “functional” means exempt:
- The sign-in cookies are strictly necessary to provide the sign-in you explicitly asked for; without them we could not recognise you on the next page.
- The language preference is written only when you pick a language in the selector, or when the language saved in your account is applied after you sign in. We never set it from your browser's language setting. It is used only to reproduce your choice, which is a user-interface customisation requested by you.
Nothing we store is used for advertising, analytics, profiling or tracking you across other sites. This describes the product as it is today. If we ever introduce a non-essential cookie, we will first ask for your consent, offering Accept and Reject with equal prominence and an easy way to withdraw it afterwards.
4. Other sites you may visit from Oppora
Links to official notices, and the Stripe-hosted pages used for paid plans once they open, are operated by other parties. They may set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
5. Managing storage
You can delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. Doing so signs you out and resets your language preference.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever the cookies or storage we use change. The version and dates are shown at the top.
