Oppora
Terms and conditions
Version 2026-10-03 · Effective from 2026-10-03 · Last updated 2026-10-03
1. Who may use Oppora
Oppora, operated by Soufian El Hajouji El Hayadi, is a business-to-business (B2B) service, currently offered as a free beta. It is intended for companies and professionals (including self-employed professionals) evaluating public-procurement opportunities for their business, not for consumers acting outside a trade, business or profession. By creating an account you confirm that you will use Oppora for business or professional purposes, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and, if you act for an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
If, despite this, you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country continue to apply and nothing in these Terms limits them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly through the Contact form about any unauthorised use. You accept these Terms by creating an account after reading them; the Terms in force are always available on this page, in a form you can save or print.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use Oppora to search, filter, save and track business opportunities for your own business. You must not:
- Scrape, bulk-extract or redistribute Oppora's structured data beyond what the licences described in our Data use policy allow;
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or other security controls, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
- Use the service to send unsolicited communications, or to disrupt the service or other users;
- Treat any content on Oppora as legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
4. Plans, beta and prices
Oppora offers a Free plan, available to everyone. During the beta, Pro features are included at no cost for all users. The features and limits of each plan are described on the Pricing page. The Starter and Business plans are announced but not yet available; nothing in these Terms obliges us to launch them or any feature described as “coming soon”.
The beta is temporary. We may change what it includes or end it, and we will give reasonable notice, by email or in the product, before Pro features stop being included at no cost. When that happens, your account continues on the plan you have actually subscribed to (the Free plan if you have not subscribed). Beta access does not create a right to Pro features at no cost after the beta ends, and we will not charge you for any period of beta use. No paid subscription starts unless you complete a checkout.
Paid plans are not open yet. When they open: they will be monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled; the price and the tax treatment will be shown before you pay; payments will be processed by Stripe, and the seller details, taxes, receipts and invoices will be shown at checkout; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the billing period; and failure to pay may lead to the loss of paid features. The refund terms will be published before paid plans open.
5. Opportunities, Score and alerts
Opportunities are built from official public sources, and the original notice always prevails over Oppora's summary. Opportunity Score and Best Match are a rule-based ranking based on your profile — not artificial intelligence — offered as decision support only. They do not guarantee eligibility, award or any commercial outcome.
Alerts (available with Pro and Business features) notify you by email when opportunities match the criteria you configure. Emails can be delayed, fail or be filtered by your provider, and they do not replace monitoring the official source. Data may be out of date or incomplete (see the Data use policy). You must check deadlines and requirements in the official notice before acting.
Saved opportunities are private to your account.
6. Your content
You keep your rights over what you give us: your company profile, keywords, alert settings, messages and reviews. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and, for reviews you have given permission to publish, to publish them anonymously. The licence ends when the content or your account is deleted. You confirm that you may provide the content, including any email addresses you add as alert recipients.
7. Reviews
Reviews are checked before publication and are published without your name, company or email. We may decline or remove a review that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or unrelated to the service. You can ask us to remove your review at any time. To report content you believe is illegal, write to contact@oppora.eu; if we remove or restrict content, we will tell the person concerned and explain why where we have a way to contact them.
8. Availability, support and changes to the service
The service is provided without a guaranteed level of availability, response time or support. While it is in beta we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Support is available through the Contact form and is provided on a best-efforts basis.
9. Suspension, termination and your data
You can stop using Oppora at any time and delete your account from Settings, or ask us to close it and delete your data (see the Privacy policy). On request we will give you a copy of your account data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or the law, if needed to protect the security of the service, or if the law requires; where lawful and practicable we will tell you why. When an account is closed, access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy policy.
10. Intellectual property
The Oppora software, design and original content remain our property or that of our licensors. Third-party procurement data remains subject to the licences described in our Data use policy.
11. Disclaimer and liability
Oppora does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or continuous availability of the service, or any award, contract or commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity (including a missed tender) resulting from relying on Oppora instead of the official source. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal requirements, technical changes, or changes to the service or its commercial conditions. The new version is published here with its date. For material changes that reduce your rights or add obligations, we will notify you by email or in the product, with reasonable notice, before they take effect; if you do not agree you can stop using the service and close your account. Changes required by law may apply immediately. Changes do not apply retroactively to periods you have already paid for.
13. Language
The English text is the original. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails, except where the mandatory law of your country requires otherwise.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law governs these Terms. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable procedural rules.
